Enquiring about an engagement

The more we know up front, the more useful our first reply will be. A short email covering the following is ideal:

• Your company and what it does.
• The system you would like reviewed: what it is, roughly how it is built, and who uses it.
• What prompted the enquiry: an upcoming launch, a significant change, a customer or partner requirement, or a specific concern.
• Timing: when you would like the work done and by when you need the report.

We will reply with any questions we have, and then with a written proposal setting out scope, deliverables, timeline and fee. There is no charge for scoping.

Confidentiality

Anything you tell us about your systems in an enquiry is treated as confidential. If you would prefer to sign a confidentiality agreement before describing your systems in any detail, say so in your first email and we will arrange one. Our own mutual NDA is available on request, or we can sign yours.
